Thrusts
Adopted from the Ninth
Malaysia Plan, the ECER Mission Thrusts will serve
as the guiding framework for the Master Plan. Each Mission
Thrust has specific key indicators that have been identified
to measure the level of achievements.
The primary Mission Thrusts are as follows:
