kite', is iconic to the ECER and is a familiar
ethnic item in Malaysia.
Soaring high above the sky, the “Wau” is closely associated with “the wind”. The "pointed pinnacle", soaring upwards, reflects success and progress.
The ECER Master Plan is aimed at bringing positive social and economic development to the Region.
The Brand Identity adopts vibrant colours of the Jalur Gemilang, reflecting the bright future, sense of nationalism and perpetuating celebration and unity.
