| Tenders are invited from contractors registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) under Class 'A' Head III Sub-Head 4 & 6, Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) Grade G7 category, Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) and has experience in construction of Water Treatment Plant works with a minimum value of RM 50 Million in a single contract completed within the last 15 years, and experience in construction works with a minimum value of RM 100 million in a single contract completed within the last 15 years and in the event that the bidder is a joint venture company, the Joint Venture Company shall comply with the above requirements and the Lead Partner must have experience in construction of Water Treatment Plant as above, and all the Partners of Joint Venture must be registered with PKK under Class A and CIDB Grade G7 and collectively must satisfy the requirement of registration with PKK under Class `A' Head III Sub-Head 4 & 6, CIDB under Grade G7 and SPAN and who are still permitted to tender at this time to carry out the following proposed construction and completion of Panching Water Treatment Works in Kuantan, Pahang.
Tender Documents will be sold starting from 15 until 17 March 2010 from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm at the ECERDC Kuala Lumpur Office, Level 69, Tower 2, PETRONAS Twin Towers, Kuala
Lumpur and also at ECERDC Pahang Regional Office at B8002 Sri Kuantan Square, Jalan Teluk Sisek, Kuantan, Pahang.
Tender briefing and site visit is COMPULSORY and will be held on 12 March 2010.
Tenderers are required to gather at 11.30 am for tender briefing at the ECERDC Pahang State Office as abovestated and site visit will be held at 2.30 pm.
Only tenderers who have attended tender briefing and site visit are qualified to purchase the Tender Documents.
Tenderers are required to present their original registration certificates issued by PKK and CIDB, (under the relevant class and grade) and one copy of the abovementioned certificates during site visit and purchase of Tender Document.
Tender Document must be completely filled and sealed with Tender No. and Project Title written on the top left corner of the envelope and deposited in the Tender Box before 3.00 pm on 15 April 2010 at the ECERDC Kuala Lumpur office.
